Vedhalam’ releasing this Diwali has Shruti Haasan pairing with Thala Ajith for the first time in her career. The multilingual actress following the footsteps of her illustrious father Kamal Haasan will also be seen onscreen in a film for a social cause which will be screened in theatres and broadcast on television networks.
The Tamilnadu Fire and Rescue Services department has got Shruti to feature in a Safe Diwali campaign video with the running time of 1 minute 40 seconds in which the pretty actress explains safe ways to burst crackers and enjoy the festival of lights.
